For customers

We are completely open for in store service again. Masks not are required and there is no limit on the number of customers allowed in the store at once. Staff will wear a mask if you ask them. In addition we are still offering Curbside and Zero Contact service.

• Zero contact involves shopping and paying over the phone 
  • pick up of “smalls” from our “pick up bin” on the right hand side of our front door, or 
  • pick up of bikes, which will be locked up outside to our bike park station. Combo will be given to you after a time for pickup is scheduled. 
• Curbside pick up and consultation is available for items on the floor such as helmets, lights, racks, bags, etc.

• Walk up repairs (flat tire, brake adjustments, etc.) are of limited availability. Call for assistance or drop by for brief consultation. 
• We offer appointments for service. $20 deposit and a brief inspection before the appointment is recommended.
• We still carry Surley, All City, SOMA, Velo Orange, and Rivendell bikes. Products are more difficult to source these days.
